 Come be apart of our magnifiecient evening of beautifully crafted local Okanagan wine parred with an astounding five course meal prepared by Chef Leigh Faust.  The Hatch's winemaster Jason Parkes along with his crew will be introducing you to The Hatch's collection of their fine wines.  Enjoy the aromas of wine, the flavours of food and the sounds of the hearp by Ingrid Schellenberg.
